All Bulk Carriers largest contract entails 170 million ton - kilometres per annum, operating in excess of 10 triple road trains twenty - four hours a day, 365 days per annum. All Bulk Carriers, through its risk management policy, contracts local service and management providers on many major contracts so as to ensure the client benefits from both world class technologies and effective local management.

Custom design of haulage equipment is undertaken for each contract so as to ensure optimisation of payload, thereby improving safety through the reduction in traffic and, at the same time, reducing operating costs for the client in each case. This involves close liaison with equipment providers so as to ensure an effective and long lasting solution. All Bulk Carriers works closely with its suppliers so as to continually improve on design of equipment.

World-class logistics and tracking systems are implemented on most major contracts so as to ensure optimisation of haulage equipment.
Through
the past experiences of All Bulk Carriers, it has been determined that
this method of transport may be effective on haul distances from as little
as 3 kilometres, with savings to the client improving dramatically as the
haul distance increases. Mining projects with a limited life, where capital
expenditure may be a constraint, are particularly well suited, as opposed
to conveyor systems.
